The Great and Little Chesterford Neighbourhood Plan Was Formally Adopted “Made” by The District Council on 2nd February 2023.

It will be used by Planning Officers and Planning committee to approve or refuse planning applications in Great and Little Chesterford.

What is a Neighbourhood Plan?

Our Neighbourhood Plan contains planning policies, which will be used to inform decisions on planning applications that come forward in Great and Little Chesterford. The process of creating the plan involved various stages of community engagement and formal consultation and a rigorous examination to ensure that the Plan meets legal requirements.
