Our Parish Council
Enthusiastic Volunteers.
Our Parish Council or ‘PC’, are a group of residents who give up their time to try and manage the village admin. From dog poo bins to planning applications, it comes through the PC. We currently have vacancies, so drop the clerk a line if you’d like to join us. You can also find our page on Facebook.
Sometimes issues go on to other local government offices, sometimes the PC can resolve it themselves. Broadly the PC are your first point of call for any local issue, and can probably point you in the right direction.
Meetings are held in the community centre on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 7.30pm. Anyone is welcome to come and join us, either just to watch, or to use the 15 minutes of public forum time to get your voice heard.
Our Clerk, Kate Stacey can be contacted on clerk.gcpc@gmail.com
